Dust Proof Cords
Dust Proofing Cords or Filler cords are knit braided ropes from natural fibers with very low linear weights however, they simultaneously carry good bulk. These cords are used during the FIBC stitching process to ensure the tightness of the stitch and to plug the stitching holes. This prevents fine powders from leaking during and after filling FIBCs. Filler cords are used as Single Dust Proof or Double Dust Proof in FIBCs depending on the material to be filled in them.
Our Filler Cords are available in:
- 3.5 to 4 Grams per Meter weight in 8 MM diameter.
- 4 to 4.5 Grams per Meter weight in 10 MM diameter. Also 5 to 6 gm in Dia – 12mm.
- Colour marking available in filler for easy identification of their GPM.
- Knotless packages of 7 to 8 Kg ensure fewer changeovers during stitching.
- Vacuum Packed packages available where rolls are not required.
- Colour cords available on request.
